what if...Pinoko Adult

I was rewatching Black Jack's anime for a long time, and I was able to apreciate again many of the details of the story, one of them, pinoko's tragic story. a girl with 18 years living in the body of a sister that always hate her as a teratoma, being forced to lived in a sintetic body with the apperiance of a kid, and denied to do many of the things that she would love to do, with the only thing that gives a little bit of light on her life: the unconditional love to her doctor Black Jack. she dreams with the day her beloved doctor finally give her an actuall adult body and be treated and act as the adult she actually is, but sadly, in any moment of the anime or manga this posibility is shown.

so, as a personal desire, I decided to draw how she would look like if Black Jack finally gave her an adult body, trying to mantain many of the details of the original desing, hope you all like it! can you find the hidden easter egg?
